Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.

Please note that payment is in US dollar $ (USD)- Conversion fees may apply. 

All bank charges are the responsibility of the client. For bank transfers, please indicate that you will cover the transfer fees.


Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation must be notified in writing by email (ctad-registrations@ant-congres.com) at the latest by September 16th, 2026 in order to qualify for a refund of the fees paid minus a $100 processing fee. After this date, no refund will be possible, (but you may transfer the registration to a colleague at no fees until Oct 19, 11:59pm).

 

REGISTRATION CHANGE POLICY: After October 19, 2026, no changes to the registration will be allowed. 

 

BADGE ACCESS: Your badge is personal and provides access to the congress. Lost or forgotten badges cannot be replaced or reprinted. Please keep your badge secure and bring it with you each day of the congress to ensure proper access control and security for all sessions and areas.
